Introduction
High Purity Graphitized Petroleum Coke is made from high quality calcined petroleum coke into Acheson Furnace or Continuous Graphitization furnace at a temperature of 2,600- 3,000℃. As a high Purity Carbon material, it has characteristics of high fixed carbon content, low sulfur, low ash, low porosity etc.
Applications
It is widely used as a carburizing (Recarburizer) agent in metallurgy, casting and Steel making, SG Iron Casting. It is also used to make high temperature crucible for melting, Lubricant for mechanical industry, making electrode and pencil lead.
